1	The effective volume of the sewage tank is about 12square meters, and the shape design of the tank and the water tank is coordinated and beautiful. The whole vehicle color is optional.
2	The tank is cylindrical, butterfly head, formed with special mold, the back cover is hydraulically opened with manual locking. The sealing ring of the back cover is resistant to sewage corrosion. After the sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove, it is close with the sealing groove without clearance.
3	The head adopts 6mm high quality carbon steel plate, the cylinder adopts 6mm thick high quality carbon steel plate, the material is Q235B, and the negative thickness deviation meets the corresponding national standard. In order to prevent the negative pressure deformation of the tank and the seal head, the tank and the inner head are strengthened.
4	The wave plate in the tank is fortified, the steel plate thickness is 4mm, the wave plate is firmly connected with the tank, and there is no obvious slag clamp and pores at the connection. The upper part of the wave plate is vent, and the lower flow port can pass.
5	The tank flange has the same diameter of the outer circle as the rear head flange. Control the flange deformation after welding with the cylinder to ensure the sealing ring. The sewage connection tank is allowed to weld in the lower half of the cylinder flange.
6	The suction pipe and drainage pipe are all made of seamless steel pipe, and the wall thickness is not less than 4mm. The suction pipe and drainage pipe are stuck. The sewage pipe are aluminum alloy ball valve, and the valve is marked by the rear opening. And the rear drainage pipe is 5 to 10 degrees below the horizontal face; the rear drainage port and the rear protection shall not interfere.
7	The suction tank can pressure dump, also can lift dump. When unloading, the tank rises and drops smoothly, without any movement, collision and lag phenomenon.
8	An overflow prevention device shall be installed at the upper pumping outlet of the tank.
9	Cylindrical transparent window fits the front head of the tank for operator observation. Install the liquid level alarm device to the tank body.
10	U-shaped bolts are used to connect the subframe and the main car girder, and the thread should expose the nut 3~5 buckle after installation.
