Some 4WD van ambulances may also be equipped with a negative pressure isolation cabin, an air exchange system, etc., which can be used for the safe transportation of patients with infectious diseases to prevent the spread of viruses. 4WD Off-road Functions: It adopts a part-time 4WD or full-time 4WD system, which can provide better power distribution and traction under different road conditions. For example, the 4WD off-road ambulance is equipped with a military-standard full-time 4WD transfer case, which has four gears: 4HL, 4H, N, and 4L. It has an electronically controlled shift mechanism, is equipped with a central differential lock, and can be freely shifted during driving. Both high-speed and low-speed 4WD can be used. It has a climbing ability of over 60% and a wading depth of more than 1 meter. It can easily cope with various difficult terrains in remote mountainous areas and complex conditions such as floods, earthquakes, and mudslides. Even on rough, muddy, snowy roads or roads with obstacles, it can pass relatively smoothly and quickly reach the rescue site without delaying the rescue time due to harsh road conditions.
