Upper Body Configuration
(1): The refrigerated truck adopts a steel-wood structure with bridge-breaking insulation technology, a galvanized pipe framework, and high-quality fiberglass (non-light-absorbing, good thermal insulation, high hardness, and oxidation resistance) selected for both the interior and exterior. The middle is filled with 8 cm thick XPS extruded polystyrene boards; high-strength adhesive and a positive pressure heat press are used for forming (utilizing a fully automatic glue dispensing and pressing machine, the gluing and pressing are completed in one go, ensuring even application of glue, minimizing bulging, and allowing for rapid and efficient board output).  
(2): The floor is made of patterned plates, with a 15 cm apron on the inner side of the compartment, right-angle edge wrapping inside the box, drainage holes at the front, and labyrinth-style rubber sealing strips on the door edges, complemented by a bright stainless steel door frame.  
(3): Compartment accessories include thickened aluminum alloy edge wrapping around the compartment, stainless steel corner guards, stainless steel door locks and hinges, stainless steel locking devices and hinges, and energy-saving LED lights inside the compartment.
