Q1. Payment term. T/T,30% as despite ,and 70% before delivery from factory. L/C, L/C price is higher than T/T price We will show you photos and video of the finished truck before you pay the balance.
Q2. Terms of delivery EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF ,FCA ,DDU.DAP etc . We mainly do FOB,CIF,DAF
Q3. Delivery time Generally, it will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.(if you need the right hand drive chassis ,delivery time is longer than Left hand drive truck,Detailed clauses are subject to contract .)
Q4. Quality and warranty We have Rich experience workers and engineer to control quality before and on production , we strictly follo STATE special trucks technical specification and safety production specification . we 100% test trucks before delivery. Our Warranty :12 months We will provide the spare parts for free in one year.
Q5. How to trust us ? You browse products by made-in-china website,our company pass BV factory audit. And you also can arrange a third party inspect our factory. We have been in this line for over 15 years, dealing with all kinds of trucks.
Q6.Visit our factory Our factory are in suizhou city,hubei province, china. You can take train or plane to arrive wuhan citry(wuhan city is the capital of hubei province,near our factory) .and our driver will pick up you at wuhan railway station or wuhan tianhe airport. And if need the invitation letter ,pls send your private information and company information to me.
