Operation methods and steps:
Hook box operation:
1. Drive the vehicle to about 2.5 meters in front of the garbage bin, and try to be in a straight line between the vehicle and the trunk.
2. Hydraulic pump force: Start the engine, step down the clutch, pull up the handle of the force collector, and slowly release the clutch.
 3. Rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control box to the "on" position, and then the buzzer of the control box sounds to indicate that the control power supply is turned on.
 4. Rotate the "Lock/Reld" knob to the "Reld" position for 5-8 seconds, and the big arm hook is in the fully released position. Release your hand and no longer rotate the knob.
5. Rotate the "ext/hook arm/shrunk" knob to the "ext" position. At this time, the main cylinder is stretched and maintain this operation until the main arm hook flips slightly lower to the center of the dustbin hook, let go, and no longer rotate the knob.
6. Close the force collector: Step down the clutch, press the handle of the force collector down, and release the clutch.

Self-unloading operation:

2. Open the back door of the dustbin.

3. Rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control box to the "on" position, and the buzzer of the control box sounds to indicate that the power supply is turned on.
4. Hydraulic pump force.
5. Rotate the "Lock/Relde" knob to the "Lock" position for 5-8 seconds, until the upper arm lock hook is in the fully locked position, let go and no longer rotate the knob. Make sure that the upper arm lock hook is in a fully locked position.
6. Rotate the "exting/hook/shrunk" knob to the "ext" position. At this time, the main cylinder is stretched, and the bin is lifted along with the lift and the main arm. Keep this operation until the bin is fully lifted and the garbage in the bin is completely dumped clean.
7. Rotate the "extand/hook arm/shrunk" knob to the "shrunk" position, at which time the main cylinder is shortened, and the garbage bin is slowly withdrawn with the lift and main arm. Keep this operation until the garbage bin is completely withdrawn and placed on the vehicle. Stop rotating the knob.
8. Turn off the power taker, turn off the power knob of the control box, and close the back door of the car box. The dump operation is completed.

Unboxing operation:
The process of unloading the box operation is contrary to the hook box operation process. It is to place the garbage bin from the vehicle on the ground. The point is that before unloading the box operation, the big arm lock hook should be completely released.
1. Before unloading the box, observe whether the unloading position is sufficient, and the ground should be flat and strong.
2. Hydraulic pump force; rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control box to the "on" position.
3. Rotate the "Lock/Relde" knob to the "Relde" position for 5-8 seconds. The arm hook is in the completely loose position. Release your hand and no longer rotate the knob. Make sure that the big arm lock hook is in a completely loose position.
4. Rotate the "extrement/hook arm/shrunk" knob to the "ext" position. At this time, the main cylinder is elongated and the garbage bin moves with the main arm.Keep this operation until the bin is completely on the ground and release the knob.
5. Drive the vehicle forward about 0.5-1 meters.
6. Rotate "Ext/Hook arm/shrunk knob to the "shrunk" position. At this time, the main cylinder is shortened and the main arm is withdrawn. Keep this operation until the main arm is completely withdrawn and the knob is released.
7. Turn off the power collector, turn off the power knob of the control box, and complete the unloading operation.

Precation:
 1. Before the unloading garbage truck, make sure that the longitudinal beam of the compartment is between the rollers at the rear of the secondary beam, and that the longitudinal center axis of the vehicle coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the compartment. Otherwise, the position of the vehicle should be adjusted.
 4.  When loading the garbage bin, the removable garbage truck can appropriately increase the throttle according to the weight of the garbage collected in the car, so that the garbage bin can be smoothly raised and packed.
 5. At the end of the operation, the electromagnetic clutch switch should be turned off in time to ensure that the electromagnetic clutch is out of power. In particular, it is important to remind that when the car is out of the engine, the electromagnetic clutch should be cut off, otherwise it will cause a large amount of battery power consumption, resulting in power loss and the vehicle unable to start normally.

Maintenance and maintenance:
