The 18-ton pure electric cleaning vehicle is a brand new generation of sanitation products developed by our company, utilizing our self-researched CL1180JBEV type Class II electric cargo vehicle chassis for modification. This product is independently developed by our company, combining our extensive experience and technology in the sanitation vehicle industry with in-depth market research on end customers, aimed at addressing customer pain points. It features an integrated design of the chassis and superstructure, making it a pure electric cleaning vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with functions such as front spraying, rear sprinkling, side spraying, high-pressure watering, and high-pressure road cleaning.

1 High temperature test
The first specialized vehicle in China to undergo high-temperature testing and all road condition testing.
High temperature test area: The high temperature test was conducted in Turpan City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Turpan City is located in the central part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with an average annual temperature of 13.9 ºC, and more than 100 hot days above 35 ºC. The extreme high temperature in summer is 49.6 ºC, and the surface temperature is mostly above 70 ºC, with a record of 82.3 ºC. The road conditions comply with GB/T12534 "General Principles for Road Test Methods for Automobiles".
Main testing items: vehicle air conditioning cooling effect under high temperature environment, startup verification after high temperature exposure, routine component verification after high temperature exposure, high temperature range verification, high temperature fast charging verification, high temperature reliability driving verification, etc.
Water immersion test
Adjust the water depth of the reservoir to 500mm. Prepare the vehicle conditions and adjust the vehicle's state of charge to no less than 50%.
Start the vehicle in front gear and enter the pool, slowly accelerate to the target speed of (8 ± 3) km/h, and maintain a constant speed until it exits the pool. After starting the vehicle in reverse gear and entering the pool, slowly accelerate to the target speed of (8 ± 3) km/h and maintain a constant speed until it exits the pool. Start timing from the moment the vehicle reaches the target speed until the test ends after the vehicle has accumulated 10 minutes of driving in a 500mm deep reservoir.
4.1 Tank body
1) Excellent tank material:
The water tank body is made of high-quality high-strength carbon steel material welded together. The dimensions of the tank body are: length of the tank body x long axis x short axis: 4500 x 2200 x 1350mm. The material strength grade is not lower than Q235B. The thickness of the cylinder body is 4mm and the thickness of the head is 5mm.
2) CAE analysis force analysis:
The tank body adopts an elliptical shape, and comprehensive analysis is carried out through CAE simulation tests based on actual working conditions and stress conditions, resulting in a more scientific and reasonable design of the tank body structure;
3) Automated production process:
Using automated welding lines for production, high-precision automated production operations replace manual labor, resulting in uniform and consistent welding seams on the tank body, ensuring long-lasting durability.
4) Advanced anti-corrosion technology:
The tank body adopts international standard electrophoresis technology, which can form a dense anti-corrosion film on the surface of the tank body and is durable;
The inner wall is treated with imported environmentally friendly anti-corrosion paint, which is more durable and long-lasting;
High temperature baking paint process, tank body painting adopts baking paint process, and the paint is more tightly combined with electrophoretic anti-corrosion film.
5) Good structural strength:
An anti wave mechanism is installed inside the tank to reduce the impact of clean water on the front and rear heads of the tank during vehicle operation, and to enhance the rigidity of the tank.
6) Safety design:
The bottom of the tank is equipped with an anti vortex device. When the vehicle is in operation, the water level inside the tank will continuously decrease, forming a deep vortex at the outlet. At this time, some air begins to be sucked into the water pump, causing unstable flow rate and poor operation effect. When the noise increases severely, cavitation may also occur, affecting the service life of the water pump. Adding this device can prevent vortex formation, improve the utilization rate of clean water, and extend the service life of the water pump.
4.2 Rear Platform
Composed of a chassis, guardrails, pedals, etc., the platform has an overall size of 1500 × 800mm and a large space to accommodate work tools such as water pipes and water guns;
The guardrail is made of steel pipe with a diameter of 32 × 2/Q235A, which has a beautiful appearance and is equipped with protective crossbars;
The connection between the guardrail and the platform, as well as the connection between the steps and reels and the main beam, are all bolted for easy maintenance;
Two level anti-skid steps are selected for the boarding pedal, which is located on the right side of the vehicle near the rear of the tank, and the installation position is firm and reliable;
4 Waterway operation system
1) The working principle of the whole vehicle
High-pressure waterway system:
The special customized high-pressure water pump motor is used to drive the high-pressure water pump, which generates high-pressure water flow. It is sprayed through the nozzle of the water spray rack to form a high-pressure water operation surface. The old stains on the road surface is cleaned or the high-pressure water is sprayed out by the left and right corners, and the road edges, road markings, sidewalks and isolation belt guardrails are cleaned. The high-pressure spray gun can also be used to clean road signs, billboards, viaducts, etc. The high-pressure upper and down spray system has a powerful spray dust reduction and air humidity regulation function. The manual hose reel (can be connected with a hand-held spray gun) can realize the function of washing and cleaning the vehicle, road surface and wall.
Low-pressure pump system:
The low-pressure water pump is used to drive the motor to drive the low-pressure water pump to produce a large flow of water with a certain pressure. The front duck nozzle, the hedging nozzle and the rear sprinkler nozzle are used to flush the road surface and sprinkle water and reduce dust respectively, and the rear greening sprinkler cannon, the front remote control sprinkler cannon (optional), the washing of roads and walls and emergency fire protection and other functions are used.
2) Pipe system
Low-pressure pipeline: the water pipe is uniformly made of galvanized steel pipe; the main water pipe specification: φ76mm, the inlet pipe specification: φ89mm, the operating waterway water pipe specification: φ60mm.
High-pressure pipeline: The pipeline adopts a high-pressure hose, the inner diameter of the high-pressure water pipe: 19mm, the pressure resistance value: 34Mpa; the front spray frame adopts a holistic pneumatic structure, and the front spray rod is equipped with a stainless steel outer cover. The front spray rod nozzle model: 6503, the number of nozzle head is 12, the front spray rod is made of 304 stainless steel, the left and right spray rod is made of aluminum alloy, the number of nozzles, the number of nozzles is 4, the nozzle model: 6503, the flushing pressure: 8-10Mpa; the rear spray nozzle odel: 6503S, the upper and lower spray rod is made of stainless steel, which can be controlled separately; the hose reel length is ≥ 20m, the pipe diameter is 8mm, and the pressure resistance value is 18Mpa.
3) Standard configuration and optional functions:
High-pressure system: standard configuration: front spray rack, left and right spray rod, manual hose reel; optional: upper and lower ring spray;
Low-voltage system: standard configuration: front duckbill, hedging, rear sprinkler, green sprinkler cannon; option: rear spray, front remote control water cannon;
4) High-pressure cleaning system:
The output pressure of the water pump is high. It adopts a well-known brand of high-pressure water pump. The output pressure of the pump is large, and the high-pressure waterway pressure can reach 9MPa.
Safe and reliable. The high-pressure waterway system is equipped with a safety valve and a pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating valve can be used to adjust the outlet pressure of the water pump. The safety valve can prevent excessive water pressure, destroy the high-pressure pipeline, and prevent the system from holding pressure. The high-pressure valve group is with a unloading valve, which is used for overload overflow unloading protection. The external vacuum pressure gauge and pressure sensor of the valve group can monitor the water pressure in real time to avoid potential safety hazards.
The design is reasonable. A fine filter is provided before the water inlet enters the high-pressure water pump to avoid impurities in the water from entering the high-pressure water pump, which greatly prolongs the life of the pump and slows down the nozzle blockage.
5) Low-pressure cleaning and sprinkler system:
The low-pressure water pump has excellent performance. The low-pressure waterway uses a cast iron water pump, with a flow rate of 50m³/h and a head of 110m, which can provide sufficient pressure and large flow water for the low-pressure sprinkler system;
The control is convenient, and the spraying port of each pipeline (except the rear sprinkler gun) is standardly equipped with an air-controlled ball valve control switch, which is convenient to operate and practical.
6) Function introduction:
The low-pressure flushing part is composed of left and right front spray, cone rear hedging, left and right rear sprinkle, left and right side spray (optional) and green water cannon and other devices. The nozzle, nozzle, water cannon and other components are made of industry-leading brand parts. The front duck mouth has a universal joint structure, and the hedging nozzle is a flange structure. It is equipped with a standard fire interface plus water pipe. The water pump inlet is equipped with a metal filter three-way valve, the water pump outlet is equipped with an external water pipe ball valve. The lowest point of the main road is set up to meet the water discharge ball valve to meet the winter water discharge.
