Installation Configuration Overview:
1. Our sewage tank, boasting a remarkable 7 cubic meters capacity, is crafted from premium steel plates provided by Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. Its 6mm thick cylinder walls are fortified with a strategically placed wave-resistant reinforcement plate. Enhancing its structural integrity is a turtle-shaped compression head at the front, measuring 35 cm in depth with 6mm thick walls.
2. The dual clear water tanks, each holding 3 cubic meters, are constructed from high-grade steel plates courtesy of Wuhan Iron and Steel. With 4mm thick walls, these interconnected compartments feature efficient low-level drainage and slag discharge ports. The tank tops are equipped with dual 100-degree air exchange ports, doubling as convenient water inlets.
3. Benefit from the seamless interconnection between the sewage and clean water tanks, enhanced with a centrally positioned stainless steel filter ensuring optimal filtration.
4. Our water tank inlets utilize ball valve-type fire hydrants, famed for their easy operation and durability, complete with a fire interface and a pagoda-style hand washing valve.
5. The German-engineered Pinfu 215 high-pressure pump ensures unmatched performance, operating at a formidable 22 megapascals. It is supported by two large-diameter stainless steel filters, effectively safeguarding the pump from impurities.
6. Our suction pump, the Shandong Zibo SK-12 water circulation vacuum pump, stands out with high precision and formidable suction power, featuring an oil seal design to prevent water dripping.
7. A state-of-the-art anti-overflow valve crowns our sewage tank, minimizing maintenance to a mere 20 seconds. The vacuum pump is safeguarded by dual stainless steel filters at its inlet, blocking dirt infiltration.
8. Equipped with a drainage valve, our vacuum pump boasts a ground clearance of at least 26 centimeters, enhancing its operational reliability with a superior pass rate.
9. The rear high-pressure reel, secured with a stable triangular double plug, is skillfully enlarged and thickened, featuring a sprinkler system for efficient pipe flushing during recycling.
