The semi-trailer auxiliary sewage suction truck has a tank capacity of 25 cubic meters, and the tank body and head are made of carbon steel 8mm plate. The tank body adopts a front lifting and flipping design structure without auxiliary beams, with internal anti wave plates and external reinforcement ribs. The overall dimensions of the vehicle are approximately 11 meters in length, 2.5 meters in width, and 3.7 meters in height. The dimensions of the tank body are: straight section 7250X diameter 1920mm.
The back cover of the tank can be opened or closed by hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the tank. There are 4 sets of hydraulic locks on each side of the tank back cover, and 4 sets of manual locks. There is a maintenance port on the top of the tank, a 4-inch suction port and a 6-inch discharge port at the tail.
Skeleton section: Adopting a straight through beam, narrow front and high rear, two axle semi-trailer structure, the frame adopts a 13 ton Fuhua bridge, single point suspension, 90 traction pins, 12R22.5 tires including spare tire.
Pump system: Adopting Italian vacuum pump (optional water circulation pump suction unit), equipped with anti overflow valve, safety relief valve, vacuum overflow valve and other components, equipped with Weichai engine (driving the vacuum pump to work), the tank lifting and rear cover opening are powered by the auxiliary engine (driving the hydraulic system to work).
